My love for real estate goes back further than my career. Growing up in Minnesota, I watched my parents build homes from the ground up, and I understood early that a home is so much more than four walls and a roof. It's where milestones happen, where families grow, and where the chapters that matter most are written.

That foundation drives everything I do today. With 25 years of professional marketing experience behind every decision, I bring something most agents simply don't have: a strategic, analytical approach to positioning, pricing, and market dynamics, paired with genuine care for the people I work with.

Before earning my residential real estate license, I spent 15 years in commercial real estate marketing, including seven years as VP of Marketing and Communications at CityNorth, a $320 million mixed-use destination in Phoenix. I know how developers think, how projects are positioned, and how buyers and tenants are attracted to a property. That knowledge translates directly into results for my real estate clients.

Today I specialize in new construction and 55+ master-planned communities across Greater Phoenix. Here is what you can count on: I fight hard at the negotiating table, I communicate clearly throughout the process, and I never lose sight of the fact that this is your home and your life.
